My Camera does NOT Turn ONUpdated 8 months ago
Since your camera does NOT turn ON even when connected to power. Let's repair it by troubleshooting the issue and identifying the defective component.
Option 1:
- Please bring the camera to your home. Now use your iPhone or Android smartphone's USB charger and ROVE's included Short USB cable from our box.
- Now plug the camera and cables into your home's 110V wall outlet.
- This should automatically turn the camera on when it receives power.
Option 2:
- Remove the memory card from the camera.
- Unplug the power cable, then plug it back in.
- Check if the camera turns on without the memory card inserted.
Option 3:
- Please press the RESET button at the bottom of the camera ONCE with either a paper clip or the pen's tip while the power cord is plugged into the camera.
- If the camera still doesn't turn on, repeat the process after removing the power cable
Option 4:
Switch the USB cable to the long 12FT Cable or short 1M USB Cable included in your box and see if that makes the camera turn ON
These steps will help us determine if the power cables, the dual USB charger, or the camera itself is defective.
