To resolve this, please follow the steps below:
1. Check your spam or junk folder.
2. Access the web version of your mail (most customers use the mail app on their phones to check their emails, but accessing it on the web sometimes gives them full visibility of their mailbox).
3. Check Mail Settings for any filtering and block addresses. (Sometimes, when customers get hacked, most hackers will put a bunch of addresses to prevent customers from receiving emails.)
4. If you use a special/private domain, kindly contact your email provider and get the ROVE Dash Cam email whitelisted.
5. Alternatively, you may also create an email address specifically only for the ROVE APP using a gmail.com domain.
