Didn't receive your verification code? Here's how to fix it.

Verification emails are almost always blocked, filtered, or routed to the wrong folder — not lost. Work through these 6 steps in order and you'll be into your account in minutes.

Before you begin

The ROVE App sends a verification email automatically when you register. In almost every case, the email was delivered — it has simply been filtered, blocked, or routed away from your main inbox by your email provider's security settings.

Work through the 6 steps below in order. Most customers resolve this in Step 1 or Step 2. If you reach Step 6 without success, our support team will get you sorted right away.

Step-by-step troubleshooting

Try these 6 steps in order

Step 1

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders

Verification emails are frequently flagged as promotional or automated mail and sorted away from your main inbox automatically. Before trying anything else, do a thorough search of all mail folders.

Search these folders for an email from ROVE Dash Cam:

Tip: Use your email's search bar and search for "ROVE" or "rovedashcam.com" — this searches all folders at once and is the fastest way to locate the email.
Step 2
⚡ Recommended — Works for most users

Create your account through the ROVE website

Instead of registering through the app, try creating your account directly on the ROVE website. Many customers find the verification email arrives successfully when going through the website registration flow.

Once you have successfully created your account and logged in on the website:

Uninstall the ROVE App from your phone completely.

Restart your phone to clear cached registration data.

Reinstall the ROVE App and log in using the same email and password you created on the website.
Result: If you can log in successfully after reinstalling the app, you're all set.

🔄 Try again carefully

Retry account registration

If you tried the website method and still do not see the code, retry the registration process from the beginning. Verification codes may expire or fail if the registration page was left open too long.

When retrying, make sure to:
• Re-enter your email address carefully
• Check for misspellings or extra spaces
• Wait a few minutes before requesting another code
• Avoid pressing the resend button repeatedly too quickly
⚠️ Tip: Requesting too many codes too quickly can trigger email provider filters. Wait a few minutes between attempts.

Try a different email address

Some email providers block automated verification messages before they ever reach your inbox. If the code does not arrive after the steps above, try creating the account again with a different email address.

If you must use a work, school, or custom domain email address, ask your email administrator or IT team to allow emails from ROVE Dash Cam.
