A reliable memory card helps prevent missing videos
Dash cams continuously write and overwrite video files. Because of this, the memory card goes through many write cycles over time. A low-quality, slow, worn-out, or incompatible card may eventually cause missing recordings, camera freezing, recording errors, or memory card error messages.
For best long-term performance, use a genuine Class 10, U3 microSD card from a reliable source and format it regularly inside the dash cam.
Choose the memory card that fits your needs
Can I use a different brand memory card?
Yes, you can use another brand as long as it is a genuine Class 10, U3 or higher-speed microSD card and it meets your dash cam modelâs capacity requirements.
However, ROVE cannot guarantee the quality, lifespan, or warranty support of third-party memory cards. If the card fails after the sellerâs return window, you may need to work directly with that memory card manufacturer for warranty support.
