There are three ways this can be done.

1) Connect your dashcam with a Mac/PC using a data cable. You can use the provided short (2.5 ft) cable. Select "Connect as USB Flash Drive" option.

2) Remove the memory card from your dashcam and insert it into a computer using a card reader/adapter.

NOTE: For both of the above options, Navigate to the "Videos" folder; copy and paste the specific videos onto your computer storage.

Please also check the "RO" or "Protect" folder to access protected/locked videos.

3) Connect your smartphone to the dashcam using WiFi. Use the ROVE mobile App to access and download videos from your dashcam. Select the tab "Dash cam videos" at the bottom of the screen.
